State and Federal Job Protections for Military and Veterans
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) is a Department
of Defense agency that seeks to develop and promote a culture in
which all American employers support and value the military service
of their employees. ESGR does this by advocating relevant initiatives,
recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable
laws, and resolving conflict between employers and service members.
Paramount to ESGR’s mission is encouraging employment of
Guardsmen and Reservists who bring integrity, global perspective and
proven leadership to the civilian workforce. For more information
contact the Wyoming Committee of ESGR at 307-772-5376.

their service; (2) are promptly reemployed in their civilian jobs upon
their return home from duty; and (3) are not discriminated against in
employment based on past, present, or future military service. For
