Sep 1, 2017

Two Wyoming Air National Guard C-130s will be launched to support National Guard relief efforts for Hurricane Harvey today.

The two aircraft and 14 personnel will stage out of the Fort Worth, Texas area and be ready to assist with airlift capabilities as needed.

“This is exactly what we train to do,” said Maj. Gen. Luke Reiner, the Wyoming adjutant general. “This is why America has a National Guard – to save lives at home, to fight our wars and to build partnerships.‎”
